Terms of Service

The agreement between you and XCORE for use of the platform.

Effective August 23, 2026

1. The service

XCORE provides a hosted platform on which you can create software products ("products"), each with its own backend, hostnames, API, authentication, billing tools and app shell, together with a console, a marketplace and a command-line tool (together, the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by teammates you invite and by API keys or AI agents you authorise. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Plans, billing and changes

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor. Limits (products, seats, storage, API calls) are those of your current plan. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period and require you to be within the new plan's limits. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

4. Your products and your users

You own the data, code and content you put into your products ("Customer Content"). You grant us only the rights needed to host, back up, secure and serve it. You are responsible for your products' end users: their onboarding, their privacy notice, their support, and compliance with the laws that apply to your product. Revenue you collect from your end users through the billing kit is yours; we take no share of it.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, distribute malware, attack or probe systems you are not authorised to test, mine cryptocurrency, or attempt to access other customers' products or data. We may throttle, suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these rules, with notice where reasonable.

6. API keys and AI agents

API keys and agent keys act with the scope you give them. Actions taken with a key are your actions. Scope presets, budgets and approvals are safeguards, not guarantees — review what your agents build before exposing it to your users.

7. Marketplace

Marketplace items are provided by us or by third-party publishers. Installing an item creates data types, roles and pages inside your product. Publishers are responsible for their items; we review listings but do not warrant third-party items.

8. Availability, backups and support

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" and may be interrupted for maintenance or by events outside our control. We keep backups according to your plan's retention period; you are encouraged to download your own backups before major changes. Support is provided through the console and the contact page.

9. Suspension and termination

You can cancel at any time from the console; your account and products will be deleted after the retention period. We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or legal requirement, and will make reasonable efforts to let you export your data first.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and documentation are ours or our licensors'. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use them for your products while your account is in good standing. Feedback you send us may be used without obligation.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

12. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your Customer Content, your products, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here, update the effective date and, for material changes, notify you in the console or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
